DIRECTORS NASK is incorporated. The President, Directors and Officers jointly establish NASK goals and programs, in consultation with the NASK Executive. All meetings are open to the membership. The Directors and Officers set meeting schedules and agendas; approve all financial expenditures; and represent NASK at the national level with organizations such as AAIA and Anaphylaxis Canada. Significant decisions and commitments on behalf of NASK must be reviewed by the Directors and Officers, who consult with each other and the Executive to achieve consensus. Ultimately, if agreement is difficult to achieve, the President, Directors and Officers will make the final decision.
